Workshops
Workshops provide a half-day or a whole day exploration into the Model for Performance Excellence. This allows for in-depth discussions regarding how an organization's purpose, processes, and people drive organizational performance.
Participants use information specific to their organization to explore models, tools, and templates that help them better understand their organization, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop improvement goals. Workshops can be conducted for entire community segments or a single organization.
