Organizational assessments help uncover opportunities for improvement by identifying exactly where an organization is on its quality journey. Using input from multiple stakeholders (such as employees, leaders, board members, volunteers, etc.), and combining that with factual information regarding the organization, we provide a detailed snapshot of where the organization is, where it wants to be, and the basic steps for moving forward. At the same time, the assessment determines the level to which the entire organization is ready, willing, and able to change.
