Rich Somsky
Rich Somsky has more than 15 years experience in marketing, strategic planning, organizational development, and continuous improvement. Before co-founding Unleashing Performance, Rich was an internal consultant in strategic planning and organizational development for a $60 million dollar insurance company.
For two years, Rich served as a national examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award - assessing the performance of various organizations and providing constructive feedback for improvement. Rich has been an active member with the American Management Association, the American Society for Quality, the Association for Quality and Participation and The Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership Center at Rollins College.
With a clear focus on delivering stakeholder value, and an ability to see the big picture without losing sight of the details, Rich is an educator, facilitator, and consultant who promotes consensus, understanding, and integrated teamwork. In addition, he helps others improve their performance and reach their goals by asking tough questions that trigger new ideas, new insights, and new levels of success.
